Welcome to Wildflower & Wick. By using this website or purchasing from Wildflower & Wick, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Handmade Products

Wildflower & Wick products are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance may occur. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders & Processing

In-stock items are prepared for shipment or pickup as quickly as possible. Some candles may be made to order and require up to 3 weeks of curing time before they are ready for shipping or pickup. Any applicable processing or curing information will be noted on the product listing.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are based on the shipping options available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Meredith, New Hampshire. Customers will be notified when their order is ready and provided with pickup information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons where applicable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact Wildflower & Wick within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.

Because fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

If you have questions about a fragrance before purchasing, please contact us—we're always happy to help you find the right scent.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for following the safety and use instructions provided with Wildflower & Wick products.

Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Room, linen & body sprays, foaming hand soaps, and other products should be used only as directed.

Wildflower & Wick is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use or failure to follow provided product instructions.

Pricing & Product Availability

Prices, product availability, fragrance availability, and product options are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or inventory information. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and, when appropriate, issue a refund.
