Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened room & linen sprays.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Unused, unopened room & linen sprays may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
Because fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.
