If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
Because fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

Made-to-order candles require additional time to ensure proper curing and fragrance performance. Please allow up to 3 weeks for made-to-order candles to be hand-poured, fully cured, and ready for shipment or local pickup.
